Finance Full-time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract ?? £ We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a busy, creative theatre environment. You’ll lead payroll across multiple companies, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time, supporting both backstage and front-of-house teams. What you’ll do

• Run end-to-end payroll across multiple entities
• Process salaries, expenses, pensions & statutory payments
• Maintain accurate employee records and HMRC compliance
• Lead payroll reporting, forecasting & year-end processes
• Support rota, timesheets & workforce systems
• Be the go-to for payroll, pay & pension queries

?? What we’re looking for

• CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong multi-payroll & pensions knowledge
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Cascade or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills & high attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing deadlines
