Luxury Sales Executive

Our client is one of the leading design experts within the luxury architectural industry, they deliver a 5* product globally and an excellent customer service.

This role is predominantly office-based focusing initially at least on telephone sales with responsibility for lighting sales specifications, demonstrating the attainment of a proficient level of specialist lighting industry and technical product knowledge.

This role requires you to build and maintain strong working relationships with architects and designers.

You do not need industry experience if you apply with strong luxury, consultative product and/or service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the team to generate the maximum personal and team sales revenue for the Company at the best margin and to achieve your sales targets.

* Deliver the highest level of customer service to clients.

* Guide prospective clients through the buying process.

* To trade customers up, up sell, and negotiate with customers to deliver the biggest orders at the best margins for the company whist being sensitive to customer's needs and budgets.

* To be fully aware of the latest products, technology, and technical information in the product range, including all its unique selling points.

* Be knowledgeable in all aspects of lighting best practices including fittings, drivers, regulations, control systems and competitor products.

* Develop long-term customer relationships with a view to generating and increasing sales.

* Liaise with project coordinators to ensure quotations and sales orders are processed and goods are delivered on time and in full.

* Demonstrate and advocate the highest motivation and skills in sales.

* Communicate through email, telephone, and face to face interaction to the highest standard.

* Provide technical and sales support to all customers and respond within a reasonable amount of time to all queries.

* To ensure that any customer complaints about products/performance are immediately dealt with.

* Personal sales turnover & margin department sales turnover & margin number of quotations, average quotation value and conversation rate Number of projects specified

* Customer visits and accurate sales reporting in CRM Customer satisfaction

* Attend on and advise customers in the showroom, give product demonstrations, and take part in the showroom and Saturday rota when required.

Package and details

Salary - £28,000 + commission

Hours - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location - Fulham

Pension - In house pension scheme

Holiday - 22 days holiday+ 3 days off at Christmas (rising +1 day per year of service up to 5 days) between Christmas and New Year
