Head of Compliance - FCA Regulated Broker (Fully Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based only)

We're supporting a growing FCA-regulated brokerage in their search for a Head of Compliance to lead and enhance their compliance framework as they continue to expand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compliance professional looking to take ownership of the function within a forward-thinking, flexible business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and maintain the firm's compliance framework in line with FCA regulations.

* Act as the primary contact for all regulatory matters, including reporting, policy development, and FCA communications.

* Advise senior management on compliance obligations and emerging regulatory risks.

* Conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring activities.

* Provide training and guidance to the wider team to foster a culture of compliance.

About You:

* Strong understanding of FCA rules and regulations, ideally within a brokerage or financial services environment.

* Proven experience in a compliance leadership role (e.g., Compliance Manager, Deputy Head of Compliance, CF10/SMF16).

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at senior level.

* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

What's on Offer:

* Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE).
