📍 About the Role

As our Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and legal compliance. Working closely with Technical, Quality, and Production teams, you'll drive continuous improvement and audit readiness across all departments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead all site compliance activities relating to BRCGS, HACCP, and customer standards.

Manage internal and external audits, and action plans.

*

Monitor regulatory updates and ensure policies reflect current legislation.

*

Coach and train teams to embed a strong compliance culture.

*

Be the key point of contact for all compliance-related queries and reporting.

✅ About You:

Previous experience as a Compliance Manager or within a technical/compliance function in the food industry.

*

Strong working knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and food legislation.

*

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

*

Passionate about food safety and operational excellence.
