Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Central London

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Emergency Light Testing & Fire Alarm Testing
Maintenance on HVAC Equipment
Maintenance within Plant Rooms
Maintenance on pumps, motors etc
Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.✅ Candidate Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
City and Guilds 18th Edition
Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.💼 What's on Offer:
