Role: Fire and Security Operations Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Operations Manager to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing Fire & Security division in Bristol. This is a senior role with responsibility for operational delivery, compliance, accreditations, and team leadership, while also driving growth through business development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop the Fire & Security division.

* Oversee and maintain industry accreditations including FIA and NSI.

* Manage engineers, recruitment, and subcontractor relationships.

* Take full responsibility for tender and bid processes from concept to delivery.

* Ensure health & safety compliance across all projects.

* Build and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.

* Prepare monthly reports and present updates at board level.

Experience and Certifications Required:

* FIA Level 3 qualification - Essential.

* Proven experience in Fire & Security operations management.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do attitude.

* Ambition to grow the division and progress into senior leadership.
