Support Manager - Commercial Cleaning

£26,000 - £30,000 D.O.E

WINNER are currently working with a family-owned, staff focused, eco-friendly cleaning company who, due to their continued success, are currently searching for a Support Manager to assist a Portfolio Manager in overseeing a range of commercial cleaning sites across Bath to Bridgewater.

This role is perfect for a cleaning supervisor looking to take the next step in their career, and offers fantastic potential progression prospects into an area manager position for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

* As a support manager, you will work closely with the operations director/portfolio managers to attend site visits and quality control audits.

* Face to face interactions with customers and staff.

* As a support manager, you will carry out staff inductions.

* A support manager will work with the portfolio manager reporting of poor quality of service.

Skills & Experience:

* Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector

* Customer service and relationship building skills

* Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email)

* Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment.

* Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites

* Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed

* You must be flexible to work 40 hours a week.

* Be of a smart and professional appearance
