Site Supervisor - Passive Fire Site Working Manager/Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee subcontractors on-site, specifically focusing on passive fire measures such as fire doors, fire stopping, and overall compartmentation. The ideal candidate will have a technical joinery background with strong compliance knowledge and experience in overseeing fire stoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with passive fire measures including fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation.

Utilise technical joinery background and compliance knowledge to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.

*

Assist on the tools when required, providing guidance and support to subcontractors.

*

Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.

*

Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

*

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site at all times.

*

Complete necessary documentation and reports related to site activities.

*

Typical project types include schools and care homes, requiring a high level of attention to detail and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a site supervisor role, preferably in passive fire site working.

*

Technical joinery background with strong compliance knowledge.

*

Experience overseeing fire stoppers and ensuring compliance with passive fire measures.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

*

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

*

Valid driver's licence.

*

Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
