We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Support professional to join our close-knit commercial finance team. If you’ve previously worked in banking,  or similar and love being at the heart of fast-moving deals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Tracking progress proactively and chasing lenders/stakeholders to prevent delays
• Acting as a key point of contact 
• Packaging and submitting applications in line with requirements
• Responding to queries and gathering outstanding information
• Reviewing and verifying supporting documents
• Keeping CRM records, notes, and case updates accurate and up to date
• Providing regular updates to all involved parties
• Escalating issues or risks if needed
• Supporting internal reporting on case statuses and pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Background in commercial banking support or similar
• Ability to handle multiple workload at once in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• CRM experience and confidence using Microsoft Office
