Contract: Full-Time

Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: £90 per day (Term Time Only)

Are you a recent graduate (or due to graduate soon) looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting before embarking on teacher training or a long-term career in education?

SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a large, inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Ealing to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant for a full academic year starting in September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful experience in a primary school environment. You'll work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum, assist with small group work and individual interventions, and help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a graduate with a solid academic record

Have a genuine interest in working with children and exploring a career in education

Be proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally have experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering), though this is not essential
