About the Role
We are a leading independent property and construction consultancy, trusted by clients across the UK to provide strategic advice, cost control, and commercial insight on projects of all sizes. With an expanding portfolio in London and the Southeast, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

* Provide accurate cost advice and cost planning from project inception to completion

* Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities

* Conduct valuations, assess variations, and manage final accounts

* Advise on procurement strategies and risk management

* Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success

About the Requirements

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* MRICS qualified or progressing towards chartership

* Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement routes

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively in a team environment
