Job Title : CNC Operator

Location : Dudley

Shift Time: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday Friday 08:00 - 15:30

We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a well‑established engineering company based in Dudley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, career progression, and a supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating CNC machinery on the shop floor
Working with Mazak controls (or willing to learn if you have sound Fanuc experience)
Performing CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) quality checks
Producing high‑quality precision components
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a CNC Operator/Setter
Mazak experience preferred
OR strong Fanuc experience with a willingness to cross‑train
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Good understanding of quality checking processes, including CMM
Reliable, motivated, and keen to progress
