Job: Office Administrator
Location: West Belfast - Onsite car parking available and the location is accessible via public transport
Package: £13.13 per hour 28 days Leave
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday)
Our client provides warehouse and distribution services to businesses throughout Europe and is currently recruiting for an additional Administrator to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for:
- Inbound and outbound call handling, dealing with a wide range of issues
- Providing excellent customer service in a polite and courteous manner
- Dealing with complex queries to the best of your ability and escalating when necessary
- Accurately updating the ordering and shipping computer system.
- All administrative duties using Microsoft programmes.
- Data input, word processing, and general office duties
- Effective management and distribution of messages
- Any other reasonable duties that may be required
Essential Criteria:
- Educated to degree level
- 1 years experience within a busy office environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, problem-solving and computer literacy skills
- Customer-focused with an excellent telephone manner
