Warehouse Team Leader - Full-Time 
£14/hour + Overtime | Monday-Friday
Shifts: 06:00-14:30 / 11:30-20:00

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our clients dynamic operation in Coleshill. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a small team to meet performance and safety standards across import, export, pallet network, groupage, and storage activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse operatives to meet business expectations

Ensure all inbound and outbound goods are received, stored, and despatched accurately and safely

Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Manage and oversee daily warehouse tasks, including order picking, packing, goods in/out, and stock control

Ensure customer-specific order requirements are met and accurate

Use warehouse systems (ideally Access Delta) to track inventory and workflow

Support stock investigations, audits, and customer stock takes

Be a keyholder for opening and locking the premises depending on shift

bout You:

Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience, ideally in a multi-customer, import/export, and pallet network environment

Licensed to operate Counterbalance and VNA forklifts

Strong team leadership, communication, and organisational skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Confident using warehouse management systems and scanners

Flexible, reliable, hands-on, and safety-conscious

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate who will gain fulltime employment and a contract offered after a successful 12 week probationary period
