Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00

I'm supporting a leading manufacturing client in Gloucester who are looking to appoint an experienced QHSE Manager to lead their Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance across the site.

Job Description

Lead and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and external audits
Coordinate risk assessments and implement corrective actions across all areas
Conduct internal audits to identify improvements and ensure compliance
Lead investigations into hazards, near misses and accidents, driving root-cause actions
Deliver QHSE training and promote a strong, proactive safety and quality culture

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong QHSE background within manufacturing
ISO 9001 auditing experience and solid Quality exposure
NEBOSH qualification
Proven experience in accident investigation and EHS processes
Excellent communication, problem-solving and training capability
