We are working with an international company that specialises in business coaching and support. Due to the increase in work leaves the company are looking for strong verbal Telemarketers to join their office in Havant.

Ideally candidates would have experience in B2B sales but if not, we welcome applicants that show desire to work hard and learn.

The role is 9 to 5 Monday to Friday with a basic salary of £18,000 and OTE £30,000 (Uncapped).

Main Responsibility.

·To cover all aspects of Telemarketing.

·To support all aspects of database management.

·Maintain accurate records in companies CRM system

·To maintain accurate Key Performance Indicators.

Key Tasks.

·To carry out and support all Telemarketing activity.

oContact target businesses by telephone to develop relationship and confirm meeting or attendance at workshop or seminar.

oExplain products and services. Answer questions from prospects.

oObtain prospect information such as full name, role in company, decision making level, address and all contact details

oBuild database of prospects through acquiring databases or gaining records from other resources such as directories, lists from other organisations (where allowed).

oFollow the companies defined sales process both in content and timeframes.

oKeep all information obtained up to date on companies Customer Resource Management System (CRM).

oBuild and adjust sales scripts to better target prospects both outbound and inbound.

oAnswer telephone calls from prospects obtained through various marketing activities.

oFollow up using telephone, email, letters any leads obtained by the company.

oRecord all relevant Key performance indicators, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.

· To carry out appropriate duties such as

oSupport events when required.

oContribute to future marketing strategies and plans.

·Other duties.

oEstablish and maintain a 90 day plan each quarter.

oMaintain a high level of personal learning.

oAttend all organised training events.

oBuild knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.

oMaintain excellent product knowledge

oBe proficient in the use of relevant technologies and systems.

oAny other reasonable request made of the employee should be followed.
