This organisation works across the Northwest, delivering essential maintenance and compliance services in occupied domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform isolation, pre-emptying, and recommissioning of gas systems in residential homes.
Install, service, and repair a range of domestic gas appliances to Gas Safe standards.
Carry out diagnostics, fault finding, and safety checks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
Accurately complete job sheets, risk assessments, and certification.
Maintain excellent communication with tenants, supervisors, and planners.
Prioritise safety in all work, particularly within occupied homes and vulnerable tenant environments.Requirements

Valid ACS/Gas Safe certifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc.)
Proven experience in domestic or social housing environments
Strong working knowledge of gas safety, including pre-commissioning practices
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficientlySalary and Benefits Package
