Are you an experienced HLTA looking to make a real difference in a supportive and vibrant primary school setting? A welcoming and inclusive school in Dagenham is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

Role Highlights:

* Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2

* Supporting the class teacher in raising attainment and engagement

* Leading small group interventions and providing targeted support

* Contributing to planning and assessment where appropriate

* Acting as a positive role model and upholding the school's values

About You:

* HLTA qualification or significant TA experience with a willingness to step up

* Confident leading whole-class lessons

* Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing

* Proactive, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team

* Experience working in primary education, particularly in inner-London settings, is highly desirable
