Our Baristas have a full knowledge of our menu items which enables them to help our guests make healthy meal choices that support their lifestyle. They properly prepare beverage selections for our retail and dining room customers and arrange takeout orders to specification.
Our Servers make great first impressions by promptly greeting and escorting our guests to the dining room while being conscious of their body language and presence. They have a full knowledge of our menu items which enables them to help our guests make meal choices that support their lifestyle. They properly record guest’s orders and enter them into our Point-of-Sale system. Additionally, they follow up with the Kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery according to specification and service standards.
Our Kitchen Prep Cook staff has an understanding of organic, gluten-free, and vegan ingredients and have a knowledge of food safety and proper food handling. They work together to ensure that the kitchen and restaurant are kept clean and that food is prepared according to our recipes and job aides. They properly prepare and execute all menu items for dine-in, takeout and, in some cases, Catering orders.
Position Requirements are:
· High School Diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months of related experience or training
· Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings
· Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
· Ability to work with numbers as sales transactions are entered into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system
· Experience with MICROS or other POS technology is a plus
