Purchase Ledger – Fixed Term Contract (until January 2027, with potential to extend)Location: Coventry
Reed Accountancy is working with a Coventry-based organisation to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a fixed term contract. The role runs until January 2027 and may continue beyond this date. You will report to the Financial Controller and work as part of a small finance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing the purchase ledger, including matching, batching, and payments
- Issuing purchase order numbers
- Supporting the sales ledger
- Preparing cost reports for several internal entities
- Completing weekly cost reporting
The position is suitable for individuals studying AAT or those with broad experience working with financial ledgers.
