Job title: Financial Services Manager

Salary: £50k OTE

HL Protection are looking for a Financial Services Manager based in their Exeter HQ. This exciting, newly created role will help drive the continued growth of the business and manage a team of 12 colleagues.

HL Protection (part of the HLP Partnership mortgage network) are a dedicated protection provider who support the network by managing referred protection business from their clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting senior leadership to grow and develop the business
• Leading, motiving and developing the team
• Engaging with HLP Partnership and their network firms to ensure quality and professional service for their clients with all their protection needs
• Selling Protection to our customers

What skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous Financial Services experience is a must
• Strong sales experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• A “hands on” approach
• Good IT and reporting skills
