Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a supported living service in Evesham. You will provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs, helping them to live independently and safely within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support

Assist with personal care and daily living tasks

Support individuals with medication (following training and guidelines)

Encourage independence and skill development

Support with community access, appointments and social activities

Maintain accurate care records and documentation

Follow safeguarding procedures and promote wellbeing at all times

Essential Requirements

*

Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)

*

Ability to work flexible shifts

*

Good communication and teamwork skills

*

Caring, patient and positive attitude

*

Right to work in the UK

Desirable

*

Previous experience in a care/support role

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

*

Medication administration training
