Our Account Manager’s build and strengthen customer loyalty by finding the right solutions for our customers' needs. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for guiding CNAC customers to successfully complete our program. This will require strong organizational skills, negotiation skills and ability to multitask.
- Work a full-time schedule
- 1 year or more of collections experience in a high volume environment, would be willing to train the right individual with little to no experience
- Stable work history, attention to detail, and top notch organizational skills
- Word and Excel experience is a plus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Professional presentation and demeanor is essential.
