Are you a mechanical professional with strong HVAC expertise and experience in generator systems? Looking for a long-term role with a reputable main contractor and a steady pipeline of high-profile projects?
We're on the lookout for a Mechanical Lead to join our delivery team on a major Data Centre build in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a technically complex, fast-paced environment where your input will have real impact from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:

Leading mechanical installation across the site, focusing on HVAC and generator systems.
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and programme are upheld.
Working closely with project leadership, design, and commissioning teams.
Driving performance through planning, problem-solving, and proactive leadership.
What We're Looking For:

Proven track record on mission-critical or large-scale commercial builds.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, chillers, air handling units, etc.
Experience with diesel generator installations is highly desirable.
Ability to manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance.
Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
