Description

Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across engineering and manufacturing processes.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects effectively.

A successful CI Engineer should have:

Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, particularly in engineering and manufacturing.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
