English Teacher

We are seeking a qualified English Teacher to join our secondary school in Chichester for one term. This role involves full teaching responsibilities for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Assess and record students' progress and prepare them for examinations.
• Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
• Participate in school meetings and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in teaching English to secondary school students.
• Strong understanding of the UK curriculum for KS3 and KS4 English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
