• Play a key role in delivering high-quality homes.
• Take ownership of the procurement process
• Raising orders to managing delivery
• Ensuring materials are sourced on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Work closely with site teams, quantity surveyors, and technical staff to keep projects running smoothly
• Raise material orders and schedule deliveries to align with build programs
• Take off materials from working drawings and specifications
• Liaise with suppliers and resolve delivery or quality issues
• Conduct cost analysis and track data using COINS software
• Support site teams with timely and accurate procurement
