We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals who require support due to disabilities, mental health conditions, or other challenges. Your role will involve helping clients maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and participate in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance

* Assist with daily living activities such as medication management, housaehold tasks

* Offer emotional support and companionship to clients

* Support clients in social and recreational activities to enhance well-being

* Encourage and facilitate independence while ensuring safety and comfort

* Liaise with family members, healthcare professionals,and other support network

* Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and well-being

Requirements:

* Previouys experience in similar role

* A caring and empathetic nature with strong communication skills

* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

* Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care

* A valid DBS check

* COVID Vaccination certificate
