NQ White-Collar Crime & Regulatory Solicitor - London

Are you a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for white-collar crime, investigations, and regulatory work? One of our top-tier London clients-a highly respected firm-is looking to grow its market-leading Business Crime & Regulatory team with an ambitious NQ.

The Role

As an NQ in this team, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of white-collar and regulatory matters, including:

Corporate and individual investigations (SFO, FCA, HMRC, NCA)

Fraud, bribery, corruption, money-laundering, and sanctions issues

Internal investigations for major corporates

Regulatory compliance, risk management, and advisory work

Cross-border disputes and multi-agency investigations

You will work closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers who are recognised for their expertise across business crime and regulatory enforcement. Expect real responsibility, early client contact, and involvement in matters that regularly make the headlines.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Newly qualified status (September 2024 / March 2025 qualifiers welcomed)

A seat in white-collar, regulatory, investigations, disputes, or a related area

Strong academic background and excellent drafting/communication skills

Genuine interest in business crime, investigations, and regulatory enforcement

A proactive, detail-focused and resilient approach
