About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the lead on a RC frame project consisting of over 400 units and up to 20 storeys high at a Tier 1 Developer. This project is based in South West London and procurement has already finished. There is a Quantity Surveyor on site who you will continue to mentor and contribute to their progression as well as yours. This is a great opportunity to develop your Quantity Surveying career further with a leading house builder in the UK who operate across London.

Quarterly CVR's
Managing variations and valuations

Experience as a No.1 at a Developer
Live within 40 minutes from South West London
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essentialWhat's on offer:
