This is a hands-on performance role for a paid media expert who loves driving growth, scaling campaigns and delivering serious ROI in a fast-moving retail environment.

What you'll be doing:

* Running and optimising PPC & Google Shopping campaigns

* Managing Paid Social across Meta, TikTok & YouTube

* Driving performance across Amazon, eBay, B&Q and more

* Owning budgets, testing strategies and scaling results

* Using data to continuously improve ROAS, CPA and conversions

Experience

* Strong hands-on Google Ads & Shopping experience

* Experience across Paid Social & marketplaces

* Experience in performance marketing (e-commerce or FMCG ideal)

* Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably

* Confident with analytics, testing and optimisation
