We are now seeking a qualified and experienced Engineering Teacher to take on the role of Lead Practitioner of Engineering from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on the development of the Engineering curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning

Support and mentor colleagues within the department and across the school to share best practice

Deliver outstanding lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially Key Stage 5

*

Contribute to raising attainment and improving student outcomes in Engineering and related subjects

Work with school leadership to support whole-school teaching and learning priorities
