Vehicle Service Advisor Required, Cardiff 

Our client, a prominent franchised dealership in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their welcoming and professional team. Benefits:

Basic salary circa £27,300 per annum, dependent on experience
Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of £33,000 to £34,000 per annum
Overtime paid at time and a half
Monday to Friday working hours, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pm) paid at enhanced rates

Greet customers entering the Service Department and book their vehicles in for repairs or servicing as a Service Advisor
Build strong relationships with customers and advise on minor technical issues as a Service Advisor
Liaise extensively with the workshop to chase work in progress and communicate updates to customers
Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
Take payments for completed work and ensure a smooth customer service experience
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service and technical advice
Assist with warranty authorisations and liaise with the manufacturer regarding warranty repairs (desirable but non-essential)Requirements: 

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to influence and advise customers effectively
Well-organised with IT proficiency (experience with Kerridge, Drive, RTC systems advantageous but not essential)
Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures (desirable but not essential)
