This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional to join a dynamic team handling a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions.

Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer - The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer at the firm, you will manage a diverse caseload of up to 70 more complex commercial and residential property matters from inception to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Lease renewals, extensions, and assignments
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property development projects
• Shared Ownership matters
• Boundary Disputes
• Title Defects
• CPOs

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ PQE in conveyancing
• Confident managing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law and land registration
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded
• Local to Manchester and Surrounding areas
