Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator Location: Ammanford

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable processes across multiple legal entities
Accurately process purchase invoices and purchase orders, including three-way matching
Ensure correct VAT treatment and coding of transactions
Process employee expenses in line with HMRC compliance requirements
Manage supplier payments through weekly and monthly payment runs
Perform supplier statement reconciliations
Conduct daily bank reconciliations
Investigate and resolve supplier queries and discrepancies
Set up and maintain supplier accounts in line with company policies
Maintain accurate purchase ledger records and documentation
Support month-end processes, including reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
Assist with audit queries and financial reporting requirements
Help manage aged creditor balances and debit balances
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Finance or business-related qualification, or relevant practical experience
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
A proactive, results-driven approach
Desirable:
Studying towards or qualified in AAT, CIMA, ACCA or similar
Experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200
Previous experience working within a finance function
Exposure to a manufacturing environment
Strong commercial awareness and advanced Excel skills
