Position: Transport Planner (Monday - Friday)
Location: London Gateway
Salary: £30-36k DOE

Transport Planner required to join a leading national Transport company actively seeking a skilled Planner to join their expanding team in their London Gateway (Essex) branch.

Position Overview:

Manage and liaise with own and third party drivers
Communicating with ports and agents
Using a Transport booking system to input data
Rerouting jobs as and when is needed
Checking all PODS are matched up with all the correct jobs on the systemPosition Requirements:

Proven ability in a Transport Planning role
Background in Container or Port planning is highly desirable
Strong UK geographical knowledge
Knowledge of drivers hours, TACHO data and compliancePosition Salary & Package:

£30-36k DOE
Monday - Friday core hours
20 days holiday + banks
