We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, values-led business in the security engineering sector seeking a hands-on People & Culture Business Partner to support organisational growth.

This is a true generalist role, owning the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to managers. You'll balance employment law compliance with commercial pragmatism, supporting recruitment, retention, employee relations and culture initiatives.

Key Requirements:

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)

Strong HR generalist background

Solid UK employment law knowledge

Recruitment and retention experience

HRIS experience (Breathe desirable)

Able to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
