A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across London.

The role focuses primarily on commercial and industrial environments, offering technically interesting work across a range of large-scale projects. The company operates with structured processes, realistic scheduling, and strong operational support, allowing surveyors and analysts to focus on delivering high-quality work.

The Role
  • Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264

  • Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances

  • Working across a range of commercial and industrial properties

  • Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports

  • Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams

  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS standards

Requirements
  • BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or recognised equivalents)

  • Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role

  • Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements

  • Ability to manage workloads independently in a field-based role

  • Full UK driving licence
