We are currently recruiting for Primary Teachers to work in the Penzance to Camborne area when schools re-open. The ideal candidate will be confident when going into different schools and have excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum.
You will need to have good relationship building skills to ensure the students feel comfortable around you to help ensure the get the best education possible whilst you are working with them. You will also need to be able to effectively manage behaviour. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can make learning engaging and fun for students to help them have a positive learning experience with you.
You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will need to communicate with the Teaching Assistants within the class to help you understand the students individual learning needs so you can support them effectively. You will also be required to mark the students work at the end of the day, ensure the classroom is left the way you found it and leave notes for the class teacher on anything they need to be aware of. You will need to be a Fully Qualified Teacher and be able to work across a variety of Key Stages. You will be required to arrive at schools for 8.30am and you will finish at 3.30pm. You will need to be aware of Child Protection, Health and Safety, Behaviour, Teaching and Learning and Equal Opportunities policies. You will also need a Child Workforce DBS which can be completed during the recruitment process.
