Catering/Patisserie Lecturer - Hourly rate: £30 per hour

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Catering/Patisserie Lecturer to join our outstanding college in Walthamstow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone committed to making a positive impact on students and helping them unlock their full potential in the field of catering and patisserie.
Day-to-day of the role: - Teach up to Level 3 catering/patisserie courses.
- Assess student work and track their achievement throughout the course.
- Perform general curriculum-related administrative tasks.
- Engage with students to inspire and motivate them in their culinary and patisserie pursuits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry to ensure the relevance and freshness of course content.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - At least 2 years’ experience in the relevant vocational area of catering or patisserie.
- Level 2 (or above) qualification in English and Maths.
- Holds a recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven teaching or training experience in a similar educational setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex concepts to students.
