Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Do you have experience working with children or young people? We are looking for dedicated, full-time Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and supportive team at a large primary school in the M40 area.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across various year groups, including children who may present with challenging behaviour. You will work closely with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.

Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.

Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.

Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, nurturing atmosphere.

Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.

Requirements:

Full-time availability (Monday to Friday).

Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.

Thrive Approach Trained or willingness to complete training

Confidence in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.

A patient, adaptable, and positive approach to working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
