Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Care

💰 Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
🕒 Hours: 40 per week, Mon-Fri (9-5) with occasional weekends and on-call duties

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a solo or multibed children's home in Gloucester. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership career in a growing organisation supporting young people with SEMH and learning disabilities.
