We are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a leading premium retailer in a fast-paced Gatwick Airport environment.

The Role

Lead, coach and develop a large team to deliver exceptional customer experience
Drive sales performance, KPIs and operational excellence
Take full accountability for store standards, compliance and performance
Manage high-volume trading across multiple product categories
Develop and support leadership capability within your team
Create a positive, people-focused culture

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Store Manager in a large-format environment or an Area/Regional Manager
Proven ability to lead and develop large teams (50-60+ employees)
Strong commercial awareness and operational capability
A confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Passion for people development and customer experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Package

£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
Bonus up to 12%
