We're hiring for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team in a company that values their workforce.

What's on offer?

* £14.29 per hour

* Set weekly shifts: 6-2 / 2-10 Monday - Friday

* Weekly pay

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?

* Packing finished products to a high standard and moving pallets using pump trucks

* Feeding and operating machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly

* Monitoring and recording hourly production output, working towards team KPIs

What do you need?

* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)

* Strong attention to detail - background in quality control is a bonus

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

* Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks on your feet
