DV Cleared - Commissioning Engineer - Electrical / Hardware /Controls - £(Apply online only)/day - 12 month contract - Outside IR35 - Staffordshire based + Travel/South of England based Commissioning
Samuel Frank is recruiting an electrically biased DV Cleared Commissioning Engineer to join a well-established, specialist engineering business located in central Staffordshire on a contract basis.
All Commissioning Engineer applicants must have a British passport and not hold dual nationality and hold current DV level security clearance.
Key aspects of the Commissioning Engineer role include -
* Must have current DV level security clearance
* Phase 1 will involve preparing and writing all commissioning related documentation, this will take place on a hybrid basis from the office in Stafford
* Phase 2 will involve being based on customer site in Berkshire where you'll test & commission the electrical systems
* Controls background - knowledge of installation, integration and commissioning of electrical systems & PLC hardware
* Strong customer facing skills - role requires a reliable & professional Commissioning Engineer
* Knowledge of variable speed drives, material handling systems, conveyors or AGVs would be ideal
* All Commissioning Engineer applicants must be British and not hold dual nationality - this is an essential requirement for the role.
* UK driving licence - essential requirement
* When working in Stafford, on Mondays and Fridays you'll work from home with the rest of the week being office based
* Qualified to least Degree level
The office is easily commutable from Stoke, Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Telford, Uttoxeter, Stone.
