Are you a driven and dynamic professional with a passion for building meaningful partnerships and creating real employment opportunities? We're looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Employer Engagement team.

In this exciting role, you'll lead on business development and employer engagement in your region - securing partnerships with employers and ensuring our learners successfully progress into sustainable employment following our pre-employment training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and engage employers across your region, promoting our training-to-employment solutions.

Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers to secure job opportunities for learners.

*

Negotiate agreements that support positive job outcomes and meet contractual requirements.

*

Maintain regular employer contact, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing partnership growth.

*

Contribute to wider strategic goals and consistently deliver on performance targets.

*

Attend networking events and represent the organisation at exhibitions and industry functions.

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience in B2B sales, employer engagement, or recruitment.

*

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets.

*

Strong network within DWP or related stakeholders (desirable).

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

*

Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

*

Strong knowledge of the FE and skills training sector, particularly adult provision (desirable).

*

Minimum L2 qualifications in Maths and English.
