TIG Welder

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a TIG Welder on behalf of our client based Maldon on a permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.

* Prepare, assemble, and weld components to required specifications.

* Inspect and finish welds to meet quality standards.

* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

* Maintain welding equipment and report faults.

* Work independently or within a team to meet deadlines.

* Complete basic documentation and support general fabrication tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

* MIG welding

* Sheet metal work experience

* Experience using steel fabrication machinery

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

· Tig welding (1 year)

· MIG welding experience is advantageous

· Driving licence due to company location

Working Pattern & Benefits

* Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

* Benefits: Overtime available, Free on site parking

* Salary: £31,200 to £36,500per annum, higher bracket DOE.
