SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for their client based in North Nottinghamshire. The client are offering the opportunity to work in a role where the successful candidate can thrive and grow as well as on site parking and a very nice working environment!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a top level customer service but doesnt have to have years of experience! Ideal for someone looking to take their first step into a full time administration based role!

The role will involve:

• Ensure that all customer queries are responded to in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed service levels to been the individual objectives
• Complete general office administration and customer service duties
• Undertake other duties as appropriate and drive retention and sales opportunities
• Ensure all agreed processes and procedures are followed
• Work on multiple systems including a bespoke system

This is a true mix between customer service and administration , the successful candidate will have the ability to work as a team, have a positive and enthusiastic approach to changes and be able to bring a fresh insight
