Regional Depot Compliance Manager
Location: Field-Based (Across Multiple Depots) | Salary: £60k

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Regional Depot Compliance Manager to take ownership of Health & Safety and operational standards across a depot network. In this key leadership role, you'll work closely with Depot Managers to drive performance, enforce safety policies, and maintain ISO compliance across the group.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys getting out on site, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives on creating safe, efficient working environments. You'll be accountable for depot performance, training, reporting, audits, and ensuring our high standards are upheld at all times.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting monthly in-person visits across 6 depots to review KPIs, compliance, and safety performance
Leading all Health & Safety and Environmental policy implementation and improvements
Managing ISO compliance for 9001, 14001, and 45001 - including documentation, audits, and reporting
Delivering regular training (e.g. First Aid, Fire Marshall, PAT Testing, IPAF) and maintaining records
Conducting audits, inspections (e.g. fire drills, emergency lighting), and producing actionable depot reports
Owning and maintaining all compliance systems and COSHH documentation
Setting and upholding high housekeeping standards across all sites
Supporting, guiding, and training Depot Managers and their teams on policy, procedure, and safetyWhat We're Looking For:

Experience in a leadership role within H&S, construction, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in ISO compliance and auditing (9001, 14001, 45001)
Working knowledge of CDM and Working at Height regulations
Excellent communication, influencing, and report writing skills
Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and data analysis
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across depot networkWhat You'll Bring:
