What you'll do as a Supply Teaching Assistant:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Encourage children's independence, curiosity, and confidence

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, or childcare)
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
